Delete Your Testify Account

Important: deleting your Testify account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future renewal charges.
Delete in the App
- Open Testify and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion is normally completed within 30 days. Limited information may be retained where required for legal obligations, payment records, fraud prevention, security, or disputes. Provider backups and logs may remain temporarily under provider retention practices.
Subscriptions and Payment Records
Account deletion does not cancel, refund, or revoke a Google Play subscription. Manage cancellation through the Google Play subscription centre. Google Play and payment providers may retain transaction records under their legal and financial obligations.
Email Request
If you cannot access the app, email linyustudio0307@gmail.com from the address associated with your Testify account. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.
